We want you to love your Ital Alchemist purchase. Here’s how returns and exchanges work.
1) Return window
+ 30-day window from delivery for returns or exchanges.
+ First-purchase satisfaction guarantee: skincare and fragrance items may be returned even if lightly used.
+ Subsequent purchases must be unopened/unused to qualify.
2) What’s not returnable
- Opened edible items (e.g., herbal honey) for safety reasons
- Gift cards and final sale items
- Items not in their original packaging (except first-purchase skincare/fragrance, see above)
3) How to start a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return/exchange. We’ll reply with instructions and an RMA (return authorization).
4) Condition & packaging
Please include all components (bottles, caps, accessories). Pack securely. We’re not responsible for items damaged in transit due to poor packaging.
5) Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds typically process within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.
6) Exchanges
If the item is in stock, we’ll ship the exchange after we receive your return (or sooner, at our discretion).
7) Return shipping costs
Defective/damaged/wrong item: we cover return shipping; contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
All other returns: customer pays return shipping. We can provide a label and deduct the cost from your refund if desired.
8) Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the timelines above, contact your bank/processor first, then email us at [email protected].
9) Wrong addresses & undeliverables
If a package is returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address provided at checkout, we can reship to a corrected address; additional postage may apply.
10) Policy abuse / excessive returns
We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns in cases of suspected abuse.
