Our products are small-batch and plant-powered. Variations in color, scent, and texture can occur naturally. Information on this site is for general educational purposes—it is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always patch-test new products. Honey products are not for infants under 1 year.

4) Orders, pricing, and taxes

All prices are listed in USD unless noted. We may correct errors, change prices, or limit quantities at any time. Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

5) Payment

We accept payments via our processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). By submitting a payment method, you authorize us (and our processors) to charge the order total. We do not store full card numbers.

6) Shipping & risk of loss

We ship to the address you provide. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier’s receipt. Delivery dates are estimates. See our Returns & Exchanges policy for more.

7) Discounts, offers, and bundles

Promotions can change or end without notice. Unless stated, offers: (a) can’t be stacked, (b) are one per order, and (c) exclude gift cards and prior purchases.

9) Subscriptions (if enabled)

If you opt into a subscription, you agree to recurring charges until you cancel. You can cancel before the next renewal to avoid future charges.

10) Intellectual property

All content (logos, text, images, graphics) is owned by Ital Alchemist or our licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

11) User content & reviews

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and operations, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

12) Prohibited uses

Don’t misuse the site (e.g., attempt to hack, scrape, spam, infringe IP, or violate laws).

13) Third-party links & services

We’re not responsible for third-party sites/services linked from our site (including payment and shipping providers). Use them at your own risk and review their terms.

14) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ITAL ALCHEMIST AND ITS OFFICERS/EMPLOYEES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS/REVENUE/DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE ORDER AT ISSUE.

15) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Ital Alchemist harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

16) Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in [Your County], Maryland shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
